We will ship products ordered as quickly as possible to our customers. Please note the delivery time to the individual products. Where in the warehouse, the products will be shipped within a maximum of three working days to the address specified by the customer. Otherwise is a written confirmation (by e-mail) with the expected delivery date.
Shipping:
The dispatch of your goods is mainly done with DHL Worldnet.
Shipping within Germany:
Shipping and Handling within Germany we charge 6.95 Euro.

If your purchase exceeds 100.00 Euros in Merchandise, shipping and handling is free of charge.
Returns:
If for some reason your Merchandise purchased does not fit, just return it to us in the original package.

We ship within the European Union and Switzerland.
For Switzerland, a separate shipping rates apply.
When you order from Switzerland, then your packet will be cleared through customs in Germany.
There is a customs declaration form in the packet for the customs authorities in Switzerland.
Ensure a speedy clearance of your shipment is guaranteed.

World (Zone 3) for example: Turkey € 25.00
World (zone 5) eg: Argentina, USA, Canada € 25.50
For delivery to third countries, possibly resulting cost of custom and duty will be handled by the customer.
Returns:
If for some reason your Merchandise purchased does not fit, just return it to us in the original package.
